Blamode Top Favored Buka Amala stew is a famous Nigerian stew usually served in local restaurants known as “Buka”. Contrary to all ambiguities associated with the preparation of this delicacy, buka stew is simply a palm-oil-based stew made with a mixture of tomato and different varieties of pepper.

It has a unique and savory taste and is very different from our usual fried stew (Obe Ata). It can be served alongside dishes such as plain Rice, Beans, and Porridge, or soups combos such as plain Okra soup, Egusi soup, and Ewedu soup with Gbegiri & Amala.

Ingredient

Red bell pepper(Tatase), Tomato, Red Scotch Bonnet(Rodo), Onion, palm oil, water, salt, seasoning.

Directions Of Use

Pour in your pot, add your already boiled meat or any protein, and warm for 3 minutes. Add salt to desired taste.

Storage: Refrigerate after opening
