Blamode Top favored Green sauce, it’s Ayamase/Ofada sauce made with vegetable oil instead of bleached Pam oil.
It is one Nigerian delicacy stew made with a blend of the fresh green scotch bonnet (rodo) and onion spiced with indigenous ingredients such as locust beans (Iru), which gives a distant delicious and, tantalizing taste.
We use organically grown produce and ingredients, to ensure quality, natural and tasty sauce. This sauce does not contain preservatives. Ayamase sauce is best served with rice, boiled or fried yam, boiled potatoes, boiled or fried plantain, protein of your choice, and chilled beverages.
Ingredient
Green Scotch Bonnet (Rodo), Green Bell pepper (Tatase), Green Chilli Pepper (Shombo), Onions, Locust beans, Salt, Seasoning, Vegetable oil.
Directions Of Use
Pour in your pot, add your already boiled meat or any protein, and warm for 3 minutes. Add salt to desired taste.
Storage: Refrigerate after opening
